Privacy Policy — Numivio
Last updated: September 20, 2026
Numivio is a spiritually-centered dating and community experience. We connect people through Life Path Number so you can find alignment with more intention.
This policy explains what we collect on numivio.app and in the Numivio app, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for people — not for lawyers only. If you do not agree, please do not join the waitlist or create an account.
Numivio is for adults. You must be 18 or older.
Who we are
When this policy says “we,” it means Numivio, the team behind numivio.app.

Cedar Grove Herbs is a sister shop linked from our site. It is a separate business with its own practices. Visiting that link does not share your Numivio waitlist or app data with Cedar Grove Herbs.
What we collect
On the website (numivio.app)
Waitlist. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email (and any other fields you choose to fill on that form). We use it to send early-access updates, launch notes, and related Numivio messages.
Surveys. If you answer a Numivio survey, we collect the answers you submit so we can learn what people want from the product.
Basic site data. Like most sites, our hosting and tools may log technical details such as browser type, device type, approximate location from IP, and pages viewed, so the site stays up and we can understand traffic at a high level.
In the Numivio app (when you create an account)
Account. Display name, email, and password. Your password is used to sign you in. We do not show it on your profile.
Birthdate and Life Path Number. We use your birthdate to confirm you are 18+ and to calculate your Life Path Number. Your Life Path Number can appear on your profile. Your full birthdate is not shown to other members as a date.
Profile you write. City, state, bio, pronouns, gender, sexuality, tags, and prompt answers. Other members can see the profile you choose to share. Location on your card is city (and state) that you type — we do not use GPS in this version.
How you use Numivio. Likes, passes, matches, messages, Feed posts and replies, room activity, and who you block or report.
Photos. You may attach photos to Feed posts when that feature is available. Other signed-in members can see those photos. Some photos may stay on your device until cloud photo sharing is fully turned on.
We do not ask for your legal name, government ID, or payment card in this version.
How we use your information
- To run the waitlist and send you Numivio updates you signed up for
- To create and keep your account
- To calculate your Life Path Number and show compatibility cues
- To help you find, like, match, and talk with other members
- To keep the community safer — including blocks and reports
- To improve the site and app based on how people use them
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your birthdate as a public date on your card.
Who can see what
| What | Who sees it |
|---|---|
| Waitlist email | Numivio (and the email tools we use to send you messages) |
| Display name, Life Path Number, city, bio, and the rest of your public profile | Other members |
| Full birthdate | You and Numivio — not other members as a date |
| Email and password | Used to sign you in. Other members do not see your password |
| Photos on a Feed post | Other members (when shared) |
| Messages | You and the person you matched with |
| Who you like or pass | Used to find matches. We do not publish your like list |
| Reports | Numivio, so we can review them |
Companies that help us run Numivio
We use trusted services for hosting the site, sending email, keeping accounts signed in, and storing profiles, posts, and photos so they can follow you from device to device. Those providers process data for us. They are not allowed to use your Numivio profile to market their own products to you.
This version of Numivio does not include in-app purchases or ads from other companies inside the app. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Messages, safety, and community
You can block someone. Blocking hides them across the app. You can report someone when they break our community guidelines. We may remove accounts that are under 18, that harass others, or that use Numivio to scam.
Do not share information in chat that you would not want a stranger to keep. We cannot control what another member copies from a conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails while you remain on the list and we are sending Numivio updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages, or email us to be removed.
We keep your app account and profile while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your profile from Numivio so other members can no longer see it, except where we must keep a limited record (for example, to honor a block or a safety report, or if the law requires us to keep it).
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from waitlist or marketing emails using the link in the email, or write to numivio@gmail.com.
- Edit the profile fields that are meant to be edited.
- Log out on a shared phone.
- Ask us to delete your account at numivio@gmail.com. Tell us the email on the account.
If the law where you live gives you extra rights (access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data), write to us and we will honor what applies.
Children
Numivio is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep accounts or waitlist entries for children. If you believe a minor has signed up, tell us and we will remove them.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top and post the new version on numivio.app.
