Terms of Service — Numivio

Welcome to Numivio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Numivio for using numivio.app, our waitlist, surveys, and the Numivio app (together, the “Services”).
By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Numivio.
You must be at least 18 years old.

The Services
Numivio is a dating and community experience built around Life Path Number — including insight, compatibility cues, icebreakers, Feed, and community features as we roll them out.
The website may include a waitlist, Life Path Number calculator, and product information. Joining the waitlist means you want early access updates. It is not a promise of a launch date, acceptance into any early-access group, or a paid subscription.
Numivio is evolving. Features can change, pause, or ship later as we build.
Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information (including a real birthdate for age and Life Path Number)
- Keep your login secure and not share it
- Use only one account unless we say otherwise
- Not impersonate another person
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms, harm other members, or put the community at risk.
Life Path Number and spiritual content
Life Path Number, compatibility notes, icebreakers, and related content are for inspiration and self-reflection. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or professional advice. You decide how (and whether) to use them in your relationships.
Community rules
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or scam anyone
- Post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Share someone else’s private information without permission
- Spam, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Services in a way that harms them
- Use bots or fake accounts to game matches or the Feed
- Use Numivio for commercial spam without our written OK
You can block and report. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (profile text, messages, Feed posts, photos). By posting, you give Numivio a license to host, display, and distribute that content inside the Services so members can see it as intended.
You are responsible for what you share. Do not post content you do not have the right to use.
Other people’s content and matches
Numivio helps you meet people. We do not guarantee matches, conversations, chemistry, or outcomes. Other members are responsible for their own words and actions. Meet safely and use your judgment.
Third-party links
Links to Instagram, TikTok, Cedar Grove Herbs, or other sites are for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, NUMIVIO AND ITS TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
Some places do not allow certain limits. If that applies to you, some of the above may not apply.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Numivio harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms — to the extent allowed by law.
Ending access
You may stop using Numivio anytime. You may ask us to delete your account at numivio@gmail.com.
We may stop offering part or all of the Services, or end your access, if needed to protect members, follow the law, or shut down a feature.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and post the new version on numivio.app. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Angelina County, Texas (or the federal courts that cover that area) are the venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally — unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
